Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the 'bill of lading'. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Pay Now' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and a number of other cards. We do not recommend sending your credit card details by email, so if you would rather not buy online, please call us on the above number.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We cannot charge additional amounts to your card without your input - WorldPay is so secure that even we don't see your card details!
Shipping And Handling All our prices include standard delivery within the UK.
Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in approximately 28 days.

We currently only take online orders for delivery to Great Britain and Northern Ireland. If you want to order from elsewhere, please call us on (+44) 115 914 6684 for details.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to determine whether you would like to wait for fresh stocks or change your order. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security Your delivery details are encrypted on our website, but we hold no credit card information at all.
